HISTORY

RR Development Corp was founded by Raul E Rivero, a 30 year veteran in the construction industry. Raul , a Coral Gables resident, is a State of Florida licensed General Contractor and real estate professional. RR Development Corp is a general contracting firm, whose roots began to take shape 40 years ago as Gari Construction Corp. At Gari, Raul worked side by side with his uncle J.J. Gaston Rivero, the architect and GC of the company, and his father, Raul Sr., a former bank executive and real estate broker who handled financing and land acquisitions.

At it’s core, the present-day RR Development is a company that uses Quality, Integrity and Experience as the cornerstones of the way they conduct business. These values allow us to give customers a better quality product, a new level of service, increased reliability and ultimately the best value. Whether it is a residential, commercial, industrial or unique project, RR Development’s reputation is on the line. It’s not a task taken lightly.
